RMS Q&A: DISCONNECTED Message On Husqvarna Automower Connect App, What You Need To Check.
Everyone has been struggling through the same "Disconnected" message and other recent issues with the Husqvarna Automower Connect app. In this video we show you what to check before contacting a dealer or calling Husqvarna about the issue. As we mentioned in this video, we have the RMS 4G DIY COM boards available for order on our website. If you purchase a new COM board from somewhere else it will not be a DIY plug-N-play board like we sell. We have put the time into figuring this system out and NO, we are not telling you how and why the Husqvarna 4G boards we sell are able to work this way and the same COM board from other dealers does not. If you choose to contact us about more information about this issue, PLEASE make sure to include the model and serial number of your Automower and what version of COM board is installed in the mower. Attaching pictures of the board installed in the mower is even better and even more helpful in helping to troubleshoot your COM board issue.
