Purchasing an Automower
When purchasing an Automower please allow 5-7 business days for us to prep and test the mower. In most cases your new mower will ship MUCH sooner than this, but occasionally we do have times where we are extremely busy.
When pre ordering a mower that is not currently in stock
We will email with our expected time of arrival from the manufacturer. Once we recieve the mower we will email you and provide an estimated date of shipment to you.
Cancellation of pre ordered Automower
Cancellation of a pre ordered Automower purchase will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fee may be waived if pre order is cancelled due to purchasing another model of Automower from Robotic Mower Services, LLC.
